About the role
- Identify and prospect high‑potential SMB accounts through cold calls, emails, and outreach, alongside leads from the BDR team.
- Manage the complete sales process: initial pitch, strategy presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop tailored advertising strategies using formats such as Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Understand clients’ goals and challenges, turning insights into compelling value propositions.
- Hold regular performance reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and remove barriers to investment.
- Keep Salesforce updated with activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with the BDR team to improve lead quality and alignment.
Requirements
- C2 level in Polish and C1 English.
- Experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management preferred.
- Proven ability to self‑prospect, build pipeline, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and managing an existing client portfolio.
- Strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze customer data.
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Pinterest, Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated profile.
