About the role

  • Onboarding & Enablement: Deliver onboarding programs focused on sales fundamentals, tools, and processes to ensure fast ramp-up and early productivity
  • Performance Improvement: Identify performance gaps through data and call analysis, designing targeted enablement initiatives to improve conversion and sales effectiveness.
  • Sales Playbook Execution: Implement and continuously refine sales methodologies, ensuring consistency in pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Coaching & Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to frontline teams and Team Leaders, reinforcing best practices and driving performance improvement
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with Operations, Quality, and Analytics to align enablement initiatives with business needs and performance goals
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance, ensuring measurable improvement in key metrics

Requirements

  • Degree in Training, Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement environments
  • Native/C2 level of English (any other language at an advanced level will be a plus).
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Sales Engagement platforms.
  • Dynamic Presentation Skills: Ability to engage a room (physically or virtually) and simplify complex sales concepts.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate them into a training action plan.
  • Cultural Fit: You are comfortable working in a diverse, international environment and can adapt your coaching style to different personalities.
  • Process Excellence: Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
  • Collaboration: Working effectively with others, sharing ideas and resources to achieve common goals
