About the role
- Onboarding & Enablement: Deliver onboarding programs focused on sales fundamentals, tools, and processes to ensure fast ramp-up and early productivity
- Performance Improvement: Identify performance gaps through data and call analysis, designing targeted enablement initiatives to improve conversion and sales effectiveness.
- Sales Playbook Execution: Implement and continuously refine sales methodologies, ensuring consistency in pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Coaching & Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to frontline teams and Team Leaders, reinforcing best practices and driving performance improvement
- Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with Operations, Quality, and Analytics to align enablement initiatives with business needs and performance goals
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance, ensuring measurable improvement in key metrics
Requirements
- Degree in Training, Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement environments
- Native/C2 level of English (any other language at an advanced level will be a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Sales Engagement platforms.
- Dynamic Presentation Skills: Ability to engage a room (physically or virtually) and simplify complex sales concepts.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate them into a training action plan.
- Cultural Fit: You are comfortable working in a diverse, international environment and can adapt your coaching style to different personalities.
- Process Excellence: Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
