Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in: Korean and English
- Contact centre experience of at least 6-12 months is preferred
- Track record of achieving targets
- Problem-solving oriented
- Consumer-oriented mindset
- Great interpersonal skills
- Technology adept
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
- Research skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own
