About the role
- Carrying out personnel administration activities within the framework of personnel support (e.g. drafting contracts, contract amendments, certificates and certificates)
- Contact person for employees and managers on all relevant issues in personnel support
- Follow-up after the recruitment process is done for our new employees (e.g. system maintenance, submission of documents such as personnel questionnaires)
- Preparation of data and changes for internal payroll accounting
- Registration and certification as well as correspondence with, for example, pension or health insurance companies
- Maintenance of (digital) personnel files
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training, ideally in the field of human resources, or a comparable training/study
- Relevant professional experience within a comparable activity desirable
- Basic knowledge of social security, labour and wage tax law is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Enjoy performing administrative tasks and working in a team
- Organizational talent with a high degree of service orientation, motivation and careful way of working
- High trustworthiness and absolute discretion
- Medium Maturity advanced English skills (min.B2 written and spoken)
