About the role
- Handling incoming customer inquiries by phone and in writing (inbound)
- Providing comprehensive advice and resolving customer issues
- Recording and maintaining customer master and transaction data using client-specific systems
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken German
- English skills at B2 level or higher (for bilingual positions)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good PC/computer skills
- Creativity and team spirit
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
