Cloud Engineer

• Operate and continuously improve cloud infrastructure in Oracle Cloud, ensuring platforms are secure, reliable, and performant
• Drive automation and consistency through Infrastructure as Code, scaling and standardising how cloud environments are managed
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to strengthening reliability and resilience across cloud services
• Work with networking, identity and access management, backup and disaster recovery, FinOps, collaborating with application teams in running workloads efficiently
• Contribute to standardisation, documentation, and continuous improvement across cloud operations
• Help modernise cloud platforms and build solutions that are stable today and ready for future needs.

• Establish contact with Roaming Partners
• Negotiate International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)
• Drive and coordinate testing and launches according to roaming roll-out plan
• Try to solve and if necessary, escalate potential issues that may jeopardize the targets
• Ensure all documentation and status is updated and kept in our Roaming Management Tool
• Actively collaborate with the other members of the team and strive towards making the rollout of roaming services as effective as possible

• Support the coordination of operational execution of roaming rollout plans
• Work closely with global partners and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, testing, and launch of roaming services while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking progress
• Ensure timely coordination and execution of roaming rollout activities
• Maintain accurate and updated documentation in roaming management tools
• Support smooth testing and launch of roaming services
• Build effective collaboration with internal teams and roaming partners
• Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners
• Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)
• Coordinate testing and launch activities as per rollout plans
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays in execution
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when required
• Maintain accurate data and status updates in management systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams
