About the role
- Calculate and verify payroll;
- Visit the union to process employment termination homologations;
- Verify data entry for vacation calculations and receipts for independent contractors;
- Generate payroll financial files;
- Generate bank files for crediting salary and vehicle accounts;
- Verify calculations of contract terminations, payment requests, generation of GRFC (severance payment form), and generation of the connectivity key for FGTS (Severance Indemnity Fund) release;
- Issue the social security psychographic profile and unemployment insurance forms;
- Classify, file and organize files and documents relevant to the area of work;
- Organize and keep normative instruments, files, organizational charts, records and forms up to date;
- Ensure organization, cleanliness and safety in the area where you work;
- Perform other tasks of the same nature, level of complexity and responsibility.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law or related fields.
- Prior experience in the role;
- Knowledge of labor legislation concepts applied to Personnel Administration;
- Experience with payroll systems.
