About the role
- Ensure the precise preparation of all drinks according to recipes — including quality control and continuous refinement of bar standards with your personal touch.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and placing orders to ensure the bar is always optimally stocked.
- Actively apply and share in-depth knowledge of wines and spirits, train the team to provide competent guest advice and enhance the overall bar experience.
- Develop new cocktails, maintain the cocktail menu and provide professional guidance and training to the bar team on mixology techniques and trends.
- Oversee stock management, goods flow and the efficient organization of bar areas, including inventories and workflow optimization.
- Enforce and monitor cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
- Full responsibility for the bar inventory, including stock control, replenishment, minimizing shrinkage and cost awareness.
- Actively support and coordinate the bar and service teams during peak guest periods.
- Maintain a presence in the bar’s day-to-day operations, ensure professional service, handle complaints and take responsibility for accurate billing of drinks and food.
Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality or bar sector and basic knowledge of beverages and mixology
- Strong service orientation, team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Responsible, structured working style and a good eye for quality
- Friendly demeanor and a passion for direct guest interaction
