About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Commercial Corporate Accounts team and direct sales of products through strategic Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and key Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
  • Continually develop individual and organizational capabilities to build bench strength while delivering results.
  • Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking to identify and prioritize both process and performance gaps.
  • Represent Teleflex in a customer facing position with professionalism, service, and ethics.
  • Ensure a fair, open and productive climate for the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years successful sales experience with minimum 5 years of calling on large IDNs or GPOs.
  • 5+ years leading sales personnel and building team capability to deliver sustained results and improved bench strength.
  • Knowledge of IDN and GPO sales management techniques and processes.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and understanding of contracts and contract language specifics.
  • Proven ability and experience working with, and through, cross functional teams.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with executive level both internally and externally.
  • Experience recruiting and developing top talent.
  • Experience in performance management.
  • Belief in servant leadership style.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and presentation creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
