Vice President – Corporate Accounts

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Commercial Corporate Accounts team and direct sales of products through strategic Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and key Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
- Continually develop individual and organizational capabilities to build bench strength while delivering results.
- Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking to identify and prioritize both process and performance gaps.
- Represent Teleflex in a customer facing position with professionalism, service, and ethics.
- Ensure a fair, open and productive climate for the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years successful sales experience with minimum 5 years of calling on large IDNs or GPOs.
- 5+ years leading sales personnel and building team capability to deliver sustained results and improved bench strength.
- Knowledge of IDN and GPO sales management techniques and processes.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and understanding of contracts and contract language specifics.
- Proven ability and experience working with, and through, cross functional teams.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with executive level both internally and externally.
- Experience recruiting and developing top talent.
- Experience in performance management.
- Belief in servant leadership style.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and presentation creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
