About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish, build, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs.
- Effectively communicate The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer value propositions.
- Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans.
- Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the defined area.
- Identify, train, and develop accounts to integrate products into their urology practices.
- Stay abreast of current market conditions and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with Professional Education teams for comprehensive clinical training support.
- Cultivate relationships with key customers and KOLs within the region.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing teams.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all required sales reporting forms.
- Provide assistance in addressing product complaints and safety issues.
- Maintain a professional and credible image with key stakeholders.
- Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and or support role experience in the medical device industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Operating room experience is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in negotiation and adept at adapting to changing work priorities.
- Strong analytical capabilities to refine business plans and sales techniques effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%-60% of the time, with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to manage overnight travel as required.
