About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish, build, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs.
  • Effectively communicate The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the defined area.
  • Identify, train, and develop accounts to integrate products into their urology practices.
  • Stay abreast of current market conditions and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Professional Education teams for comprehensive clinical training support.
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers and KOLs within the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of all required sales reporting forms.
  • Provide assistance in addressing product complaints and safety issues.
  • Maintain a professional and credible image with key stakeholders.
  • Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and or support role experience in the medical device industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Operating room experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation and adept at adapting to changing work priorities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to refine business plans and sales techniques effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%-60% of the time, with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to manage overnight travel as required.
