About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a strategic portion of the Vascular & Emergency Medicine portfolio while leading a team of marketers
- Focus on implementing commercial marketing strategies
- Master current and potential markets
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and new product launches
- Build a strong relationship with the Sales team
- Lead promotion, including digital tool creation and demand generation campaigns
- Generate leads through focused targeting campaigns
- Conduct market research to capture customer needs
- Develop and manage pricing and GPO strategies
- Lead and inspire a team to meet challenges
- Manage the performance and development of direct reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 overall years of marketing and/or sales experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Medical Device experience in marketing and/or sales
- Experience working in a regulated environment, with healthcare, medical device or pharmaceuticals
- 1-2 years of direct people management preferred
- Ability to drive execution, focus on results, prioritize, approach situations proactively, create solutions, be flexible, and manage time/projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Planning, organization, oral and written communications skills, project management, creativity, problem solving, teamwork, resource management, budget management, attention to detail, ethics and values.
