About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hire and develop a successful regional sales team that meets or exceeds sales quotas
- Provide continual career guidance to the team
- Identify future potential leaders within sales organization
- Maintain a quarterly and annual regional business plan
- Effectively communicate UroLift’s value proposition to physicians
- Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt UroLift system
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Partner closely with Area Sales Directors and the Marketing team
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA in Business (or related discipline) or equivalent work experience
- At least 10 years of previous sales management experience strongly preferred
- Thorough knowledge of the field of Urology, products, and strong relationships with local urologists
- Successful track record of launching new and disruptive technologies
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the individual resides; good driving record
