About the role
- Promote the safe and effective use of Teleflex’s medical technologies within an assigned territory
- Drive product adoption, utilization, and revenue growth by providing exceptional sales support, procedural case coverage, and clinical education
- Conduct product demonstrations and inservices to physicians
- Provide case coverage for physicians conducting product evaluations
- Develop and implement a proactive plan to achieve sales goals
- Work closely with sales and regional management to evaluate business conditions and sales trends
Requirements
- Associate Degree required
- minimum of 6 years of clinical experience in a health care profession
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 3+ years in the medical device industry
- Previous industry clinical experience strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with others through verbal and written communications
- Ability to deliver complex and technical subject matter to clinicians in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with computer technology and Microsoft Office tools
