About the role
- Confirm, investigate, analyze, and solve all deduction related transactions in assigned A/R portfolio.
- Apply cash to an assigned category and manage workflow processes.
- Review and research daily volume of accounts receivable deductions.
- Monitor customer portals to ensure flow of deductions.
- Work with Cash Applications and review all cash reports.
- Provide reporting to partners on unapplied cash and deductions.
- Evaluate processes on a quarterly basis and ensure compliance with policy.
- Manage portfolio to reduce overall deductions measurably over time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of Credit and Collections or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures with basic understanding of corporate credit risk.
- SAP, ERP, and CRM software experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team mindset and solutions focused.
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
