About the role

  • Handling change requests initiated by suppliers (S-CRQ)
  • Processing supplier non-conformance reporting (defect reports from incoming goods inspection) and monitoring Supplier Corrective Action Requests (S-CAR)
  • Coordinating supplier-related issues with suppliers and all affected departments (including Production, R&D, Quality, Regulatory)
  • Managing supplier quality planning / risk management
  • Handling supplier evaluation and qualification (technical / pharmaceutical)
  • Conducting supplier assessments
  • Performing supplier audits and developing supplier improvements
  • Reporting / trending of supplier data

Requirements

  • Technical qualification at university of applied sciences level or an equivalent combination of apprenticeship and professional experience
  • Auditor training or proven auditing experience
  • Proficient with regulatory requirements (GMP)
  • Several years of experience working with suppliers in medical technology, pharmaceutical or life sciences industries, or another regulated industry
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Communicative and team-oriented personality with integration and conflict-management skills, conceptual thinking, and a goal- and results-oriented work style
