- Independent processing of orders within Switzerland
- Monitoring deliveries and tracking
- Invoicing and maintaining contact with sales organizations
- Contributing to the further development of internal processes
- Leading projects to optimize processes in the Order Fulfillment area
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in customer service and order processing
- Proficient in MS365 and SAP (SD, MM)
- Fluent in German, English and French
- Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Strong customer- and service-orientation
- Confident manner and excellent communication skills
