About the role
- Provide support to Quality and Operations, interacting with customers
- Lead quality activities with respect to Nonconformance and CAPA processing
- Primary investigator and facilitator for Customer Complaint Investigations
- Guide and review process validations
- Lead quality & cost improvement projects
- Perform Customer Product Specification reviews
- Manage and lead continuous improvement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience within medical device / FDA regulated industry preferred
- Knowledge of Quality Systems Requirements (ISO 13485, CFR 820 & LATAM)
- Project Management experience preferred
- Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
