About the role
- Develop new products and formulations
- Transfer and adopt product and process from sister companies
- Improve existing products or material
- Generation and maintenance of design control file and product and process validations
- Liaison or coordination with external supplier and in-house production to facilitate project implementation
- Report generation on project update
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of an effective management for occupational safety and health consistent with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements
Requirements
- Must have an undergraduate degree in a related engineering/material science field
- Talented and ambitious to learn and get things done
- Engineering background in Medical Technology, packaging, plastic or chemical engineering
- Relevant work experience in manufacturing, Quality Assurance, engineering, or Product Development related to Medical Device Industry
- Good skills with computers and standard software
- Fluid English skills in oral and written
- Flexibility – Requirement to travel is moderate
