About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct teams of Technicians installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced military equipment
  • Ensure high operational readiness and strict compliance with safety regulations
  • Coordinate on-site services, managing logistical support, and handling complex customer issues
  • Develop and execute field service and support strategies for Teledyne FLIR’s imaging systems worldwide

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in field service management; experience in military communication systems, aerospace, or advanced electronics preferred
  • Prior people leadership experience required.
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting, team leadership, project planning and technical writing.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 20% - 30%, mostly domestic with some international travel.
  • Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
