About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own regional revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets
- Build and execute territory and key account plans (law enforcement, OEMs, aerospace)
- Lead full sales lifecycle: prospecting to contract execution
- Serve as primary customer contact and strategic advisor
- Translate technical solutions into clear customer value
- Identify and capture new programmes and long‑term opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline discipline in CRM
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and multi‑year agreements
- Represent Teledyne at customer sites and industry events
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to own and close complex deals
- 10+ years in technical or solution sales with revenue accountability
- Experience in aerospace, defence, industrial, or regulated markets
- Ability to engage with engineers, procurement, and executives
- Financial acumen in pricing, margins, and forecasting
- CRM proficiency and territory autonomy
- Advantage: Experience with airborne ISR or public safety solutions
