About the role

  • Support customer managers with operational and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
  • Responsible for the internal execution of sales processes (presales, sales and aftersales) in collaboration with customer and product management, order control and Service & Support
  • Revenue planning and regular controlling, including identification of revenue risks
  • Monitor sales processes in the context of KPI creation and oversight
  • Budgeting and budget monitoring for customer management
  • Contribute to the preparation of tenders and procurement procedures
  • Support maintenance of the CRM system
  • Independently prepare quotations and follow up on order status

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales or a comparable role, ideally in the public sector/government and IT environment
  • Interest in an exciting, future-proof customer environment and in digitalization within the public sector
  • Basic technical understanding and affinity for IT
  • Cross-team collaboration, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
