About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives.
  • Designing, monitoring, and improving processes and procedures to optimize full cycle recruiting, including job posting, candidate screening, preboarding, and onboarding.
  • Utilizing process improvement and project management methodologies to automate, streamline, and create efficiencies for the organization that improve recruiting, candidate and employee engagement and retention.
  • Supervising the Team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • Eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, with experience managing complex projects.
  • Extensive experience with full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven track record in increasingly responsible leadership positions.
  • Experience with business process improvement and the tools and data requirements for supporting effective business processes.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, workflow documentation (such as Visio) and business presentations.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant subject.
  • PMP certification.
  • Training or certification in Six Sigma or other LEAN methodology.
  • Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking and other HR technology platforms.
