About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing a portfolio of Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives.
- Designing, monitoring, and improving processes and procedures to optimize full cycle recruiting, including job posting, candidate screening, preboarding, and onboarding.
- Utilizing process improvement and project management methodologies to automate, streamline, and create efficiencies for the organization that improve recruiting, candidate and employee engagement and retention.
- Supervising the Team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, with experience managing complex projects.
- Extensive experience with full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven track record in increasingly responsible leadership positions.
- Experience with business process improvement and the tools and data requirements for supporting effective business processes.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, workflow documentation (such as Visio) and business presentations.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant subject.
- PMP certification.
- Training or certification in Six Sigma or other LEAN methodology.
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking and other HR technology platforms.
