About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement regional talent attraction and recruitment strategies for all Telecare hiring needs across a region
- Maintain a dotted-line reporting relationship into the Regional VP Operations
- Function as part of the Regional VP Operations leadership team
- Ensure regional hiring needs are supported
- Deploy proactive recruitment and attraction strategies
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls
- Source passive candidates
- Implement additional strategies to provide slates of qualified candidates for all hiring needs
- Develop recruitment strategies and provide data to quantify recruiting progress
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a recruiter
- At least two years’ experience managing people
- B.S./B.A. degree in Human Resources or a related field, or combination of relevant education and experience
- Knowledge and experience with MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge and experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
- Experience developing recruitment strategies
- Experience providing data to quantify recruiting progress
- Experience planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls
- Experience sourcing passive candidates
- Experience implementing additional strategies to provide slates of qualified candidates to support all hiring needs
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Successful completion of applicable post-offer physical examination
- Successful completion of 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis
- Acceptable criminal background clearances
- Acceptable excluded party sanctions clearance
- Degree or license verification
- Must be based in PST or MT
