About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The HRIS Manager is responsible for the overall governance and optimization of the organization’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
  • This role leads the day-to-day management of Workday HCM, oversees a team of HRIS/Workday analysts, and partners closely with HR functional leaders, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure Workday effectively supports business operations, compliance, and strategic workforce initiatives.
  • The Manager serves as the primary functional owner of Workday HCM, ensuring system integrity, scalable configuration, effective change management, and a high-quality end user experience across HR, managers, and employees.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Five (5)+ years of experience supporting HR systems, including significant hands‑on experience with Workday HCM.
  • Workday Pro certification(s) or equivalent advanced Workday functional expertise.
  • Experience leading or mentoring HRIS/Workday team members.
  • Experience leading HR technology projects.
  • Experience partnering with HR and business leaders on system solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and system security concepts.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
