Key responsibilities & impact

Source and procure venues, speakers, hotels, networking, food & beverage, other needed event items.
Create and manage virtual event registration process.
Work with Sales Team to secure invitee list & manage weekly registration reports.
Create budget, communicate event budget, manage event expenses, and reconcile budget after event.
Work with Event Contractor for creation of all event graphics for Cvent registration.
Engage management as needed for event budget review and approval.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in the event management space.
1 + years B2B experience with preference given to Channel business or Enterprise & SMB focused B2B software/services experience
Demonstrated ability to manage business and expense ROI on a full event program, including sponsor recruitment and MDF management for the event programs
Have collaborated effectively with a Sales Team to achieve results - built deep relationships where you were a trusted partner in the full management of the events.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Passionate about Event Management.
