About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offer extension, candidate closing, hiring, and onboarding partnership
  • Identify, source, and engage healthcare providers through creative and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Conduct video interviews assessing cultural alignment, clinical quality, technological aptitude, customer-focused care delivery, and fit for virtual practice
  • Build, maintain, and expand a network of provider talent and industry contacts
  • Serve as the primary candidate contact, providing communication, guidance, and status updates
  • Review, pre-screen, and evaluate candidates against qualifications, experience, and role requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of Teladoc Health’s clinical services, provider requirements, and value proposition
  • Report recruiting activity, hiring progress, and market insights to the Director of Recruitment
  • Document and track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
  • Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes
  • Partner with Credentialing, Onboarding, Training, and Operations teams to support provider hiring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of demonstrated recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of recruiting success for varying levels of positions
  • Creative approaches for finding and attracting top talent
  • Ability to drive the full life-cycle recruiting process independently
  • Proactive networking and relationship-building approach
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, documentation, and process-oriented work
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment
  • Proven time management skills and strong sense of urgency
  • Up-to-date knowledge of confidentiality rules, compliance, employment, and labor laws
  • Passion for teamwork and collaboration
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
  • 1+ year of Workday experience (preferred)
  • Experience supporting high-volume provider positions (preferred)
