About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide individual teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic care
- Collaborate with a care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality service
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical records according to regulatory and company standards
- Support patients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health conditions
- Participate in staff meetings
- Contribute to development of virtual care models
- Collaborate with medical and product teams on new mental health solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience providing independent, unsupervised therapy in a clinical setting
- Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) with eligibility to treat patients independently
- Experience using evidence-based practices, particularly for PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program
- Experience assessing, diagnosing, and preparing treatment plans
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and passion for improving mental wellness
- Comfortable using electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth technology
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Identity and credential verification, interviews, and fraud or misrepresentation screening are part of the hiring process
