About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide individual teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic care
Collaborate with a care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality service
Maintain timely, accurate clinical records according to regulatory and company standards
Support patients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience providing independent, unsupervised therapy in a clinical setting
Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) with eligibility to treat patients independently
Experience using evidence-based practices, particularly for PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program
Experience assessing, diagnosing, and preparing treatment plans
Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and passion for improving mental wellness
Comfortable using electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth technology
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
