About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for end-to-end client solution delivery
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs
Analyze, interpret, and validate client requirements
Manage projects and ensure seamless execution throughout the client lifecycle
Lead and facilitate project activities to ensure timely completion
Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up and communication
Mentor and coach team members to achieve team goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-5+ years of professional experience and/or direct project management experience
3 or more years of client facing experience
Strong end to end operational knowledge
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Creative and solution-oriented mindset
Experience with healthcare, health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or health systems
Ability to work effectively across multiple projects
Metrics-driven approach
Keen attention to detail
Experience leading meetings and presentations
Official PMP Certification is a plus
Multi-lingual is a plus (proficient in English)
