About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborates with team members to design and deliver engaging, effective learning solutions that support learner success
Contributes to a collaborative team environment focused on high-quality learning experiences
Works with SMEs and internal partners to gather information and support training development
Supports the development of training solutions across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced e-learning, and blended learning formats
Develops interactive training content across a variety of formats
Applies instructional design principles to support content development, storyboarding, and curriculum updates
Develops learning content using various tools which may include Articulate 360, Adobe, Camtasia, Vyond or similar platforms
Create step-by-step tutorials and learner support with the end user in mind
Supports LMS-related activities such as course testing, uploads, learner support, and maintenance as needed
Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality content
Facilitates training when needed and pilots new curriculum when applicable
Keeps current with learning technologies and instructional design practices and shares ideas with the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of relevant instructional design, learning development, or related experience
Experience in developing e-learning content using various tools which may include Articulate 360, Adobe, Camtasia, Vyond or similar tools
Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS)
Familiarity with instructional design and content development processes, including storyboarding, content development, delivery, and learner support
Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with guidance as needed
Strong collaboration and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products
