About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborates with team members to design and deliver engaging, effective learning solutions that support learner success
- Contributes to a collaborative team environment focused on high-quality learning experiences
- Works with SMEs and internal partners to gather information and support training development
- Supports the development of training solutions across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced e-learning, and blended learning formats
- Develops interactive training content across a variety of formats
- Applies instructional design principles to support content development, storyboarding, and curriculum updates
- Develops learning content using various tools which may include Articulate 360, Adobe, Camtasia, Vyond or similar platforms
- Create step-by-step tutorials and learner support with the end user in mind
- Supports LMS-related activities such as course testing, uploads, learner support, and maintenance as needed
- Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality content
- Facilitates training when needed and pilots new curriculum when applicable
- Keeps current with learning technologies and instructional design practices and shares ideas with the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of relevant instructional design, learning development, or related experience
- Experience in developing e-learning content using various tools which may include Articulate 360, Adobe, Camtasia, Vyond or similar tools
- Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Familiarity with instructional design and content development processes, including storyboarding, content development, delivery, and learner support
- Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with guidance as needed
- Strong collaboration and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products
