About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with a healthcare team to provide patients with exceptional primary care services virtually via video and phone communication channels
Order laboratory and radiology tests and refer patients to specialists when appropriate
Analyze reports, test results, medical records and examinations to diagnose condition of patients
Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications and treatment regimens
Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes
Consistently meet or exceed clinical quality and patient care standards
Record complete, timely and legible medical records

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years post-residency experience as a Primary Care Physician in a clinical setting
Active NY and/or TX physician licensure highly desired
ABMS board certification in primary care or related field
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited United States medical school
Must hold a minimum of 3 active, unrestricted State Medical Practitioner licenses
No disciplinary actions within the last 5 years
Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) eligible
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
