About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of CCM incremental acquisition campaigns across email, direct mail, SMS, OBTM, and other emerging channels.
  • Develop audience, messaging, creative, and channel strategies that drive incremental enrollments and measurable business impact.
  • Lead campaign planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, launch execution, and post-campaign performance analysis.
  • Identify and validate new growth opportunities through pilot programs, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
  • Own the CRO roadmap across CCM and Telehealth enrollment experiences, with accountability for improving conversion performance and reducing enrollment friction.
  • Design, launch, analyze, and scale A/B and multivariate tests using VWO and other experimentation platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRO, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record driving measurable customer acquisition and conversion growth.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, and digital channels.
  • Strong experimentation experience including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and incrementality methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging analytics platforms to generate insights and guide decision making.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
