About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy, execution, and performance of CCM incremental acquisition campaigns across email, direct mail, SMS, OBTM, and other emerging channels.
- Develop audience, messaging, creative, and channel strategies that drive incremental enrollments and measurable business impact.
- Lead campaign planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, launch execution, and post-campaign performance analysis.
- Identify and validate new growth opportunities through pilot programs, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
- Own the CRO roadmap across CCM and Telehealth enrollment experiences, with accountability for improving conversion performance and reducing enrollment friction.
- Design, launch, analyze, and scale A/B and multivariate tests using VWO and other experimentation platforms.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRO, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record driving measurable customer acquisition and conversion growth.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, and digital channels.
- Strong experimentation experience including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and incrementality methodologies.
- Experience leveraging analytics platforms to generate insights and guide decision making.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
