About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and lead the build of client-facing product demonstrations for our virtual care and digital health solutions
Partner with Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure demos accurately reflect product capabilities and value propositions
Support sales presentations, internal training sessions, and customer meetings as needed
Help develop and maintain an AI-enabled repository of product knowledge and frequently asked questions
Learn and manage Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
Coordinate projects involving Product, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Client Success, and Operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent experience
3+ years of professional experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business concepts
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
