About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate income by nurturing and farming existing relationships
  • Act as a liaison between Teladoc and a select group of enterprise clients
  • Help clients reduce costs and improve outcomes for health plan members with chronic and behavioral conditions
  • Sell Teladoc Health’s comprehensive solutions to HR/Benefit decision-makers
  • Grow Teladoc Health’s existing relationship with enterprise clients and bring in new logos
  • Build strategic relationships within account list
  • Expand Teladoc Health’s footprint and drive revenue growth
  • Develop pitch decks and quarterly reports for executive-level clients
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver on strategic roadmap
  • Maximize revenue and margin goals while staying within budget
  • Manage and deliver on issue resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years’ experience in a business-to-business selling environment with Employee Benefits, regulated medical products, technology or healthcare
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline
  • A demonstrated ability to achieve sales quota
  • Deep understanding of behavioral health and how it works with employer groups and the healthcare system
  • Skilled delivery of engaging, compelling sales and product presentations, in small and large group settings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort and finesse in communicating with senior leadership teams.
