Regional Vice President, Client Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate income by nurturing and farming existing relationships
- Act as a liaison between Teladoc and a select group of enterprise clients
- Help clients reduce costs and improve outcomes for health plan members with chronic and behavioral conditions
- Sell Teladoc Health’s comprehensive solutions to HR/Benefit decision-makers
- Grow Teladoc Health’s existing relationship with enterprise clients and bring in new logos
- Build strategic relationships within account list
- Expand Teladoc Health’s footprint and drive revenue growth
- Develop pitch decks and quarterly reports for executive-level clients
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver on strategic roadmap
- Maximize revenue and margin goals while staying within budget
- Manage and deliver on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years’ experience in a business-to-business selling environment with Employee Benefits, regulated medical products, technology or healthcare
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline
- A demonstrated ability to achieve sales quota
- Deep understanding of behavioral health and how it works with employer groups and the healthcare system
- Skilled delivery of engaging, compelling sales and product presentations, in small and large group settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort and finesse in communicating with senior leadership teams.
