About the role
- Oversee the operations of the Urgent Care (24/7) service line
- Managing daily operational workflows to ensure practice readiness
- Ensuring adequate staffing and provider coverage
- Serving as the primary point of contact for operational escalations
- Leading licensure operations, including oversight of ~9,000 W2 licenses
- Supporting multi-region provider onboarding and ensuring ongoing provider readiness
- Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted operational resource
- Leading change management efforts for operational processes
- Identifying, recommending, and executing process and clinical workflow improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of clinical operations experience within related industry
- Outpatient experience is highly desired
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead change in a fast-paced growing organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
- Well-organized and a self-motivator
- Computer skills: must be able to generate reports and documents
- Ability to navigate technical challenges and operate within multiple EHRs
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
