About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the operations of the Urgent Care (24/7) service line
Managing daily operational workflows to ensure practice readiness
Ensuring adequate staffing and provider coverage
Serving as the primary point of contact for operational escalations
Leading licensure operations, including oversight of ~9,000 W2 licenses
Supporting multi-region provider onboarding and ensuring ongoing provider readiness
Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted operational resource
Leading change management efforts for operational processes
Identifying, recommending, and executing process and clinical workflow improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of clinical operations experience within related industry
Outpatient experience is highly desired
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead change in a fast-paced growing organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
Well-organized and a self-motivator
Computer skills: must be able to generate reports and documents
Ability to navigate technical challenges and operate within multiple EHRs
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
