About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of care and practice coordinators for a telemedicine practice.
Manage daily operational workflows of Care Coordination teams.
Maintain adequate staffing to meet departmental goals.
Serve as the point of contact for operational escalations.
Ensure outstanding service delivery and member experience.
Manage provider scheduling and troubleshoot technical issues.
Identify and execute process and clinical workflow improvements.
Monitor and report daily case volumes to department leadership.
Approve staff timecards and manage requests for paid time off.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of clinical operations experience within related industry.
1+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting is required.
Outpatient experience is highly desired.
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead change in a fast-paced growing organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
Must be well-organized and a self-motivator.
Works well with others and is a team player.
Computer skills: must be able to generate reports and documents.
Ability to navigate technical challenges and operate within multiple EHRs.
