About the role
- Lead a team of care and practice coordinators for a telemedicine practice.
- Manage daily operational workflows of Care Coordination teams.
- Maintain adequate staffing to meet departmental goals.
- Serve as the point of contact for operational escalations.
- Ensure outstanding service delivery and member experience.
- Manage provider scheduling and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Identify and execute process and clinical workflow improvements.
- Monitor and report daily case volumes to department leadership.
- Approve staff timecards and manage requests for paid time off.
Requirements
- 3+ years of clinical operations experience within related industry.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting is required.
- Outpatient experience is highly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead change in a fast-paced growing organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
- Must be well-organized and a self-motivator.
- Works well with others and is a team player.
- Computer skills: must be able to generate reports and documents.
- Ability to navigate technical challenges and operate within multiple EHRs.
