About the role

  • Maintain accurate vendor and payment records in compliance with SOX and company policies.
  • Verify tax documentation (e.g., W-9) and support 1099 reporting requirements.
  • Assist with administration of corporate card programs (P-card and T&E), ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support fraud prevention measures and confirm banking details for payment security.
  • Participate in initiatives to transition vendors to electronic payment methods.
  • Assist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices.
  • Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
  • Process invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding and authorization.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
