About the role
- Maintain accurate vendor and payment records in compliance with SOX and company policies.
- Verify tax documentation (e.g., W-9) and support 1099 reporting requirements.
- Assist with administration of corporate card programs (P-card and T&E), ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Support fraud prevention measures and confirm banking details for payment security.
- Participate in initiatives to transition vendors to electronic payment methods.
- Assist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices.
- Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
- Process invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding and authorization.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
