About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end architecture and execution for partner and EHR integrations, provider availability and scheduling systems, and provider digital door capabilities.
Drive platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
Define and evolve a modern interoperability strategy leveraging FHIR and APIs.
Partner closely with product, clinical, and operations teams to enable seamless provider workflows.
Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads across multiple domains.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and privacy teams to ensure secure architectures.
Foster collaboration between local and abroad development teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering.
5+ years leading platform or domain-oriented engineering teams.
Deep experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR).
Proven experience building and operating large-scale, API-driven platforms.
Strong understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization systems.
Experience integrating with EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, or similar platforms.
Strong architectural judgment and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health.
