About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex consumer experience design work across web and mobile from problem framing through shipping
Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear, well-reasoned design directions
Partner with UX team members and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive digital healthcare experiences
Use early design concepts to shape product requirements
Champion user-centered design balancing consumer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Present work to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Ground decisions in data, user research, and usability testing
Contribute to and improve the design system
Identify constraints compromising user experience and propose alternatives
Provide specific, honest, and actionable feedback to colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product design experience
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product problems
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
Strong command of platform-specific patterns and accessibility standards
Active use of AI tools for generative exploration, prototyping, or other design work
Experience in digital health, health tech, or another high-stakes consumer space preferred
Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
Must pass identity and credential verification, interviews, and fraud or misrepresentation screening
