About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide dedicated support to the Chief Financial Officer
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for executive support services
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure seamless support for the CFO and related business activities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, schedule and prioritize meetings, and resolve conflicts
  • Liaise with C-level executives, personnel, clients, external candidates, and VIP members
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting and event logistics and field general queries
  • Process expense reimbursements, expense reports, and invoices
  • Arrange full meeting and offsite setup, including food and beverage, location, and attendees
  • Prepare, read, and analyze correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports
  • Create, edit, and update presentations and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate appointments, events, and meetings, including documents, notes, materials, and presentations
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for executive team consideration and presentation
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including air, hotel, train, rental car, and meal reservations
  • Reconcile and approve expense reports and invoicing
  • Manage electronic filing systems for organizational documents, records, and reports
  • Represent Teladoc Health professionally when engaging with customers, investors, Board members, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of prior Executive Assistant experience supporting SVP+ Level executives
  • 5+ years as Senior Executive Assistant to a CEO, COO, or CFO-level role preferred but not required
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proactive approach and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and support a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to manage numerous competing priorities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to triage calls, visitors, and meetings on behalf of the executive
  • Ability to write and distribute communications on behalf of the team with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Significant discretion in handling confidential materials and information
  • Capacity and willingness to learn
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism and apply feedback
  • Flexibility, accessibility, and willingness to provide varying degrees of support
  • Ability to assist in coordinating, supervising, and completing special projects
  • Quantitative aptitude is a plus
  • Knowledge of Concur is a plus
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
