• Support the design and execution of brand and demand campaigns in USCAN and LATAM
• Ensure brand consistency across internal and external channels

• Manage Tekton’s presence on third-party platforms (e.g., Clutch, Glassdoor, AWS)

Marketing & Brand Lead, LATAM

• Take full ownership of Tekton’s revenue goals by converting Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into signed contracts (Closed-Won)
• Conduct consultative discovery meetings with C-level executives, CTOs, and Tech VPs to diagnose critical technical and business challenges
• Design and present premium commercial value propositions, coordinating with Sales Engineers to ensure technical viability
• Lead the negotiation of legal and commercial terms (SOWs, MSAs) while defending company profitability margins
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for Strategic Partners (e.g., Visa, AWS, Google) to execute joint sales plans
• Lead the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs/RFIs) for Enterprise clients.

• Design and develop APIs using Node.js or Python (FastAPI).
• Implement serverless services with AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Manage persistence with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
• Implement secure authentication using JWT and OAuth2.
• Apply continuous integration and security analysis tools (GitHub Advanced Security).
• Develop web applications with React/Next.js or Vue/Nuxt.
• Implement frontend security standards (CSP, security headers).
• Apply TDD principles and DevOps best practices.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams.
• Break down user stories into technical deliverables.
• Propose improvements to processes and architecture.

AI Engineer

• Diseñar arquitecturas end-to-end para agentes conversacionales y flujos GenAI.
• Implementar pipelines de embeddings, retrieval y orquestación con RAG.
• Desarrollar soluciones basadas en LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) usando frameworks como LangChain o LlamaIndex.
• Integrar soluciones de IA con APIs y microservicios existentes.
• Aplicar fine-tuning, prompt engineering y estrategias de optimización de modelos.
• Evaluar calidad de respuestas usando frameworks como RAGAS, LangSmith o PromptFlow.
• Monitorear y mejorar experiencia de usuario con agentes de IA en producción.
• Documentar, versionar y mantener workflows para proyectos de IA de alto impacto.
