About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Installation, configuration & go-live of robotics systems directly on-site at customer locations
- Support during commissioning, go-live and initial productive operations
- Conduct customer training and handovers to operational teams
- Documentation of setups, technical parameters and open issues
- Analysis and resolution of technical issues during ongoing operations
- Ongoing support and assistance with maintenance and service matters
- Troubleshooting of hardware, interface and system issues
- Escalation of technical issues to vendors and internal teams
- Feedback from field experience to improve deployment and support processes
- Contribute to the development of standards, checklists and best practices for customer projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical background in mechatronics, electronics, automation or related fields
- Hands-on experience with hardware systems, technical installations or service interventions
- Experience in installation or servicing of technical systems
- Fluent German and basic English skills
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
- Strong problem-solving ability and pronounced troubleshooting skills
- Practical, reliable and structured work style
- Strong customer orientation and clear communication in technical situations
- Sense of responsibility and willingness to follow issues through to resolution
