  • Project and process management

  • Monitoring KPIs and deriving concrete recommendations for action
  • Continuous improvement of reporting and analysis processes
  • Identification of efficiency potential within existing processes
  • Support in the implementation of new digital tools and ways of working
  • Participation in automation and AI initiatives
  • Active contribution to the design of modern and scalable business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial relevant professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Sales Control or a comparable role
  • Ideally experience in Consumer Electronics, Distribution, Retail or Brand Management
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Power BI or comparable BI and reporting tools is an advantage
  • Understanding of sales, marketing and logistics processes
  • Confident use of digital tools and modern working methods
  • Open, communicative and outgoing personality
  • Enjoys engaging with people and building relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of personal responsibility
  • High attention to detail and a careful, structured way of working
  • Persistence and consistency in following up on tasks and projects
  • Ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously and set priorities
  • High quality standards and a pronounced hands-on mentality
