About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project and process management
- Management and tracking of agreed actions between brand partners, retail partners and internal teams
- Ensuring timely execution of sales, marketing and promotional activities
- Coordination of complex projects across multiple interfaces
- Proactive identification of risks, bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Ensuring transparent communication and clear responsibilities
- Interface management
- Close collaboration with Sales, Brand Management, Marketing, Finance and Logistics
- Alignment with international brand partners and national retail partners
- Coordination of requirements, information and timelines among all stakeholders
- Follow-up on open items until full implementation
- Preparation, analysis and interpretation of relevant business metrics
- Support for forecasts, business reviews and campaign evaluations
- Preparation of data for Sales, Management and brand partners
- Monitoring KPIs and deriving concrete recommendations for action
- Continuous improvement of reporting and analysis processes
- Identification of efficiency potential within existing processes
- Support in the implementation of new digital tools and ways of working
- Participation in automation and AI initiatives
- Active contribution to the design of modern and scalable business processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial relevant professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Sales Control or a comparable role
- Ideally experience in Consumer Electronics, Distribution, Retail or Brand Management
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI or comparable BI and reporting tools is an advantage
- Understanding of sales, marketing and logistics processes
- Confident use of digital tools and modern working methods
- Open, communicative and outgoing personality
- Enjoys engaging with people and building relationships
- Strong organizational skills and high level of personal responsibility
- High attention to detail and a careful, structured way of working
- Persistence and consistency in following up on tasks and projects
- Ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously and set priorities
- High quality standards and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Interest in digitization, automation and AI-supported processes
