About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing the implementation processes of the Payroll (HCM) system with clients
Define routines and project schedules for the delivery of implementation projects
Train the client and their implementation units on using the deployed system
Identify, document and evaluate new business opportunities, ensuring compliance with business rules and established technical standards
Act as the interface between internal departments, clients and other project stakeholders, assessing performance and establishing strategies for current challenges and future integrations
Propose new solutions by identifying business opportunities and designing solutions/products for the client
Liaise with support teams and clients to clarify questions and disseminate acquired knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Payroll/HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
Availability for domestic travel
Knowledge of Payroll/HR (HCM) systems
Have the necessary equipment and tools to work from home and when assigned to clients (computer/mobile phone and internet)
Organized and comfortable with spreadsheets and Excel formulas
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly
Experience with system implementation routines/projects
