About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the HCM software implementation team, overseeing scope, schedule, and costs
Act as the primary liaison between the client and Teknisa
Deliver training sessions as needed
Perform client assessments
Monitor and manage resource allocation within the project
Delegate tasks to team members
Monitor schedules of implementation consultants and training sessions
Develop direct reports and prepare successors
Evaluate direct reports using industry tools and HR-designated methods, such as 1:1 meetings and a feedback culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project management
Availability for travel
Have the necessary home-office setup and tools when working remotely or on client sites (computer/mobile device and reliable internet)
Be organized and familiar with Microsoft Project and project management systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
Remain attentive to client needs and requests
Enjoy working with people
