About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain a close, consultative relationship with clients, identifying opportunities for expansion and new business needs.
  • Present, negotiate, and sell Teknisa’s new solutions to existing clients.
  • Maintain periodic contact with accounts in the portfolio, proposing new solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Record all contacts with clients (phone calls, visits, and demonstrations) in the system designated by the company.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to present and promote Teknisa products.
  • Schedule client visits and demonstrations.
  • Register demonstration schedules in the system designated by the company.
  • Use Teknisa’s intranet to generate commercial proposals.
  • Complete the forms used by the commercial area to carry out sales.
  • Update and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in B2B sales.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Brazil.
  • Own equipment (laptop and mobile phone) with internet access.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the technology market.
  • Experience coordinating or mentoring other team members (e.g., team mentoring, supporting less-experienced colleagues, or organizing team routines).
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
