About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the implementation of the Accounting/Tax module of the TecFood system, applying technical knowledge to meet clients' needs;
Responsible for defining routines and schedules for delivery of implementation projects;
Provide training to the client and their implementation units on how to use the deployed system;
Identify, record, and evaluate new commercial opportunities to ensure compliance with business rules and established technical standards;
Act as an interface between company departments, clients, and other project stakeholders, assessing performance related to the project and developing strategies to support existing challenges and future integration initiatives;
Propose new solutions by identifying business opportunities and outlining solutions/products for the client;
Interface with support teams and the client to clarify questions and share acquired knowledge.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
Availability for domestic travel;
Experience with accounting and/or tax routines;
Have the necessary infrastructure and tools to work from home and at client sites (computer/mobile phone and internet connection);
Be organized and comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets;
Good communication skills and the ability to teach/train effectively;
Experience in system implementation projects.
