About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist analysts with client requests, identifying issues or questions
Assess the technical complexity of support tickets, routing requests appropriately and contributing to solutions in an agile and practical manner
Determine resources required to carry out support activities
Record actions and resolutions for tickets in the system
Keep clients informed and updated on ticket progress
Participate in technical and behavioral training
Provide support via phone, chat and remote access
Log tickets and activities
Assist in identifying product inconsistencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a technical program or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields, with expected graduation in 2028 or later
Knowledge of accounting, tax or financial routines, or experience in user support
Availability to work 6 hours per day
Familiarity with the Windows operating system
Good verbal and written communication skills
