About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor all ongoing system implementation projects in the assigned region, ensuring scope, work plans, schedules, and budgets comply with company guidelines;
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, aligning expectations and reporting project progress;
Maintain regular contact with project clients to assess satisfaction and conduct strategic alignment;
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, motivate the team, and resolve conflicts;
Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks that could impact the project.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Management, IT, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience in software implementation and software lifecycle management;
Experience managing teams;
Availability to travel.
