About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the project considering scope, time and costs
- Serve as the liaison between the client and Teknisa
- Complete the project tracking forms that are part of Teknisa's project management methodology
- Provide training to employees when necessary
- Conduct client diagnostics
- Execute implementation projects according to the project plan
- Monitor resource allocation on the project
- Delegate tasks to subordinates
- Monitor the schedule of implementation consultants
- Oversee technical trainings at the client site
- Train direct reports and prepare successors
- Assist in preparing team meetings
- Evaluate direct reports using department tools and those designated by Human Resources, such as 1:1s, a feedback culture, and others.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience coordinating projects
- Availability to travel
- Have the necessary equipment and tools to work from home and when assigned to clients (computer/mobile phone and reliable internet)
- Be organized and familiar with Microsoft Project and project management systems
- Be communicative and able to work under pressure
- Remain attentive to client demands
- Enjoy working with people.
