About the role

  • Manage the project across scope, schedule and costs;
  • Act as liaison between the client and Teknisa;
  • Complete project tracking forms that are part of Teknisa’s project management methodology;
  • Deliver training to staff as needed;
  • Conduct client assessments;
  • Execute deployment projects according to the plan;
  • Monitor resource allocation within the project;
  • Delegate tasks to direct reports;
  • Monitor the schedules of implementation consultants;
  • Oversee technical training delivered at the client site;
  • Develop direct reports and prepare successors;
  • Assist in organizing team meetings;
  • Evaluate direct reports using department and HR-assigned tools, such as 1:1 meetings, feedback-culture practices, and other methods.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating projects
  • Availability to travel
  • Have the necessary equipment and tools to work from home and at client sites (computer/mobile phone and reliable internet).
